Phew! I've added a few more images to the image gallery and spring cleaned some of the 'Oh my God! How did I not realise this was so blurred?!' images off of my hard drive.

I get a surprisingly large amount of satisfaction spring cleaning my hard drive. Reducing the icons on the desktop to the bare minimum, deleting applications I haven't used in forever, archivng stuff to disc and deleting all the fluff that accumulates when one does anything or goes anywhere on the internet. Last weekend I managed to get rid of about 8 gig of 'stuff' which consisted mainly of a few 'big hitters'. Now I'm just left with tiny little bits and pieces of a few MB each and trying to decide whether I really need that random image I found through Googling or if I should just chuck it away. I'm a hoarder of physical things so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that I can do the same with data. Thankfully I don't have too many photos at this point as I tend to delete anything that I'm not happy with straight away but I can see myself in the future coming unstuck and desperately searching for an image that's lost somewhere in the dark and dank places of the C drive...
