Because spammers have now started to register to submit spam I have had to make a two stage authentication for people who want to submit comments. Once you've posted a non-spam comment and it has been approved your account will change to one that requires no moderation. You can subscribe to content once you are registered regardless of whether you have posted a comment or not.
